2Baba Declares Love for Honourable Natasha, Expresses Intentions to Marry Edo Lawmaker

 Renowned Nigerian music icon, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has openly declared his affection for Honourable Natasha and his intentions to marry her, amid swirling rumors linking him to the Edo State lawmaker.

Following his recent appearance at the Edo State National Assembly, speculations grew over the nature of his relationship with the legislator. Addressing the public in a now-deleted video, 2Baba confirmed his admiration for Natasha while dispelling rumors that she was responsible for his separation from his longtime wife, Annie Idibia.

“I’ve been seeing so many things, and people have been creating their own false narratives and malicious nonsense about my post. Yes, I said what I said,” he asserted.

The Afrobeat legend clarified that while he is indeed fond of Honourable Natasha and sees a future with her, she played no role in the breakdown of his marriage to Annie Idibia. He emphasized that the dissolution of his union with Annie was independent of any external influences.

“Everybody is going to be alright, and everyone is fine. There is no fight or quarrel. Honourable Natasha has been called names and labeled a homewrecker, but she is a young, brilliant, and amazing woman who had nothing to do with my marriage to Annie. People are just trying to rope her into everything. Yes, I love her. She’s amazing, and I want to marry her,” he stated firmly.

Despite the separation, 2Baba reassured fans that he and Annie maintain mutual respect and understanding. He criticized those speculating about his personal life, urging them to verify their claims before spreading misinformation.

“Annie and I aren’t fighting; we understand what’s going on. So for those making baseless allegations, continue with your so-called perfect lives. I understand that I put this online, so you feel entitled to interfere, but before making claims, be sure of what you’re alleging.”

2Baba went on to express that Natasha is now “his world” and urged Nigerians to plead with her to accept his marriage proposal. His statements have since sparked a social media frenzy, with many debating his declaration, while Annie Idibia has also been making headlines for reportedly checking into a rehabilitation facility.
