EFCC Arraigns Four Individuals for Alleged ₦50 Million Fraud in Borno

 The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned four individuals—Mohammed Kolo Nuhu, Babagana Maru, Ahmadu Sale, and Alhaji Mala Gana—before Justice Muhammad Maina of the Borno State High Court in Maiduguri. They face charges related to criminal misappropriation and breach of trust involving a total sum of ₦50,030,000. 


The defendants were arraigned on separate counts, each detailing their alleged involvement in the fraudulent activities. The EFCC’s action underscores its commitment to combating financial crimes and ensuring accountability in both public and private sectors.
