Bayelsa Queens, who also amassed 10 points, settled for second place due to an inferior goal difference despite holding the eventual champions to a 0-0 draw in their final fixture.
Nasarawa Amazons finished third with eight points after playing out a goalless draw against Rivers Angels, who ended the tournament in fourth position.
In the other match of the final day, FC Robo and Abia Angels shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Abia Angels finished fifth with four points, while FC Robo placed sixth with three points.
Speaking after the title victory, Edo Queens head coach Moses Aduku commended his players for their determination and resilience throughout the tournament.
According to Aduku, the team showed strong character by bouncing back from an opening-day defeat to secure the championship.
