Lagos State Government Ready to Host South West Games 2025

 The Lagos State Government has announced its readiness to host the South West Games 2025, a multi-sport event scheduled from March 26 to 28, 2025. The event aims to showcase regional talent and promote unity through sports. ​

The games will feature over 1,200 athletes and 120 officials across various sports, including athletics, basketball, boxing, football, table tennis, and traditional African games. ​

The South West Games 2025 aims to serve as a platform for youth engagement, talent development, and cultural exchange within the region.
