The U.S. Department of State has announced a reward of up to $10 million for information leading to the identification or location of senior Iranian officials, including the country’s new supreme leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
The offer was made through the State Department’s Rewards for Justice initiative, which said individuals with credible information may also be eligible for relocation to the United States.
In a message posted on social media, the department urged potential informants to submit tips, saying the information could help authorities track individuals it accuses of directing global terrorist activities.
According to the statement, the individuals listed in the reward notice are accused of commanding or directing operations linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
The poster released by the U.S. authorities includes photographs of several senior officials believed to be connected to the group.
Among those listed are Esmail Khatib, Ali Asghar Hejazi, and Yahya Rahim Safavi.
Others named in the notice include Eskandar Momeni and Ali Larijani.
The U.S. government said individuals with relevant information could submit tips through encrypted communication channels, including a Tor-based reporting system and the messaging platform Signal.

Mojtaba Khamenei assumed leadership following the death of his father, Ali Khamenei, who was reportedly killed during a military operation known as Operation Epic Fury on February 28.
The leadership transition has intensified tensions between Iran and the United States, particularly after U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly warned that any Iranian leader emerging without American approval would face strong opposition.
The reward announcement marks the latest escalation in the long-running geopolitical standoff between Washington and Tehran.
