 Following the tragic killing of several individuals in Uromi, Edo State, the Deputy President of the Senate, Barau Jibrin, has visited the families of the victims in Kano State, offering his condolences and financial assistance.


Barau, who expressed deep sorrow over the gruesome attack, described the incident as a national tragedy that should not be overlooked. He announced a donation of ₦16 million to support the affected families and called for a thorough investigation into the killings to bring the perpetrators to justice.

The attack, which was carried out by yet-to-be-identified assailants, has sparked nationwide outrage, with many Nigerians calling on security agencies to intensify efforts to curb violence and protect citizens.
