This is wishing an enigma with a touch of class and distinction, the wonderful and amiable Local Government Chairman of Ibeju Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, a Happy birthday.

Within the short period of your assumption in office as the Council Chairman of the Local Government, a great turnaround as never experienced before has been witnessed in this Council Area. It is apt to describe you as the man with a hand of Midas touch as you have virtually touched all sectors that have turned gold and in turn, impacted positively on the lives of the citizenry. As a focused administrator who knew what he wanted, you came in with a clearly defined agenda of Economic Development, Infrastructural Development, Social Development and Security, Environmental Sustainability and today, it is a testament to the fact that the people never regretted entrusting their mandate into your hands.

A standard has been set by your administration and that is total accountability to the people whom you serve as the narrative has changed. Under your watch, the bar has been raised, as Ibeju Lekki Local Government is now in the limelight for positivity. Infrastructural development within the purview of the Local Government has been handled with the seriousness it deserves, the Health sector is not left out as the Primary Health Care Centers now function to full capacity, your Midas touch made the education sector improve drastically as can be seen from the running costs given to teachers and the various programmes for our public Primary and Secondary Schools. Time and space may not justify all your accomplishments within the short period of your assumption as Council Chairman.

History will be kind to you by the time the great scroll chronicling the great people who have trod on this land will be written as you have already etched your name in the sands of time. I celebrate you today, my boss and mentor.
